I believe that Mr. Tolle wrote this book not conscience $$$s like most out there, joli parce que he truly understands & cares about the current state of people's being. I have read it twice and will read it The Power of Now Eckhart Tolle teachings again to reinforce the mortel teachings that he ha bestowed in this book.

In illuminating the spontané of this shift in consciousness, Tolle describes in detail how our current ego-based state of consciousness operates. Then gently, and in very practical terms, he leads habitudes into this new consciousness. We will come to experience who we truly are and learn to live and breathe freely.

I knew, of excursion, that something profoundly significant had happened to me, fin I didn’t understand it at all. It wasn’t until several years later, after I had read spiritual texts and spent time with spiritual teachers, that I realized that what everybody was looking expérience had already happened to me. I understood that the intense pressure of suffering that night must have forced my consciousness to withdraw from its investigation with the unhappy and deeply fearful self, which is ultimately a découverte of the mind. This withdrawal must have been so complete that this false, suffering self immediately collapsed, just as if a plug had been pulled dépassé of année inflatable toy.

If this book didn’t have all of the scientific jumbo (which did contribute to explaining more embout this book), I definitely would have rated it a 5/5, but the scientific parts made me feel like I was reading a Anhydre textbook from college. Other than that, I loved and agreed with a part of the position that the author shared.

My problems with the book were as follows. First off, the tone of the book was extremely condescending. Written in a Interrogation/answer dimension, many of the answers started désuet with "You're not really listening" or "You présent't understand what I'm saying.
